on the appointment of the following persons to the post of Con.EC commissioner having decisive right

Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14,  28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:

The following persons shall be appointed to the post of Con.EC commissioner having decisive right:
Mahir Teymur oghlu Babayev - Binagadi second Con.EC #9, Irade Kamil gizi Suleymanova - Azizbayov first Con.EC # 13, Yegane Huseyn gizi Zeynalova - Azizbayov second Con.EC # 14, Aslan Hummat oghlu Ismayilov - Narimanov first Con.EC # 19, Mubariz Jangulu oghlu Abbasov - Guba Con.EC # 52, Yakhshiali Mammadali oghlu Huseynov - Lankaran-Masalli Con.EC # 75, Malik Pasha oghlu Aghayev - Gabala Con.EC # 116.
