DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan


on the approval of Instruction “on preserving official documents concerning the conduct of elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan” and consideration of decision # 4/6 adopted by Central Election Commission

Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.12, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
1. Instruction “on preserving official documents concerning the conduct of electionsin the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be approved.
2. Decision # 4/6 adopted by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated on February 10, 2005 shall be considered out of force.
