on the appointment of the following persons to the post of Con.EC commissioner having decisive right

Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14,  28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:

The following persons shall be appointed to the post of Con.EC commissioner having decisive right:
Rustam Nadir oghlu Bayramov - Guba Con.EC # 52, Faig Maharram oghlu Maharramov - Goranboy-Aghdam-Tartar Con.EC # 97.s
