on retire of Mr. Ingilab Mashallah oghlu Nasirov

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to the Law of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan # 705-II QR dated on June 25, 2004:
Mr. Ingilab Mashallah oghlu Nasirov shall be retired from the post of secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
