on the approval of Statement by the Central Election Commission related to the conduct of illegal elections to local self-management bodies outside of the Constitution in imaginary “Republic of Nagorno Karabakh” located in Upper Karabakh dated on August 2004

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
Statement by the Central Election Commission related to the conduct of illegal elections to local self-management bodies outside of the Constitution in imaginary “Republic of Nagorno Karabakh” located in Upper Karabakh dated on August 2004 shall be adopted.
