of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the specification of the list of voters

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 35.1-35.3 and 28.4 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as to Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

As number of voters in the precincts attached to the list related to the specification of the list of voters exceeds the maximum limit of the norm defined by the Article 35.3.1 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and because of the need for re-organization of these precincts in accordance with the requirements of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the legitimate solution of the issue shall be charged to the constituencies having established relevant precincts.
