DECISION
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the adoption of Regulation "on the Constituency Election Commission Secretariat"
According to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
- Regulation “on Constituency Election Commission Commission Secretariat” shall be approved.
- Regulation “on Constituency Election Commission Commission Secretariat”, approved by Decision # 32/149 adopted by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated on October 5, 2005, shall be outlawed.
