DECISION
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the making amendments in the names and dislocations of some administrative territorial units of the Republic of Azerbaijan and establishment of new administrative territorial units

According to the following Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated on June 13, 2008: Laws “on making partial amendments in administrative territorial division of Fuzuli region of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “on making partial amendments in administrative territorial division of Samukh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, ”on providing Lerik settlement of Lerik region in the Republic of Azerbaijan with city status” and “on making partial amendments in administrative territorial division of Yardimli region of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, relevant amendments were made in the names and dislocations of some administrative territorial units and new administrative territorial units were established. Regarding this, there is need for amending dislocations of some constituencies and administrative units.
Adopting the above-mentioned as a basis and according to Articles 19.4, 19.14,  28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
1. Dislocation of Fuzuli Con.EC # 84 shall be made related to naming recently established settlements within Fuzuli region of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Birinji Zobujug, Ikinji Zobujug, Uchunju Zobujug, Dordunju Zobujug and Beshinji Zobujug, entering territorial units and administrative territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan to State register and establishment of the following administrative territories: Birinji Zobujug settlement administrative territory – Birinji Zobujug settlement as a center, Ikinji Zobujug settlement administrative territory – Ikinji Zobujug settlement as a center, Uchunju Zobujug settlement administrative territory – Uchunju Zobujug settlement as a center, Dordunju Zobujug settlement administrative territory – Dordunju Zobujug settlement as a center and Beshinji Zobujug settlement administrative territory – Beshinji Zobujug settlement as a center,
2. Relevant amendments shall be made in the composition of Samukh-Shamkir Con.EC # 102 related to naming Nabiaghali settlement within Nabiaghali settlement administrative territory of Samukh region in the Republic of Azerbaijan, regarding Nabiaghali administrative territory as Samukh settlement administrative territory, joining Kolayir village within Kolayir administrative territory with Samukh settlement, exclusion of Kolayir village and Kolayir village administrative territory from State register of territory units and administrative territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, providing Samukh settlement within Samukh settlement administrative territory with city status and regarding Samukh settlement administrative territory as Samukh city administrative territory.
3. Relevant amendments shall be made in the composition of Lerik-Lankaran Con.EC # 78 related to providing Lerik settlement within Lerik settlement administrative territory with city status, regarding Lerik settlement administrative territory as Lerik city administrative territory.
4. Relevant amendments shall be made in the composition of Yardimli-Masalli Con.EC # 72 related to joining Dashkend, Asadabad and Unesh villages within Yardimli settlement administrative territory with Yardimli settlement, exclusion of these villages from State register of territory units and administrative territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, providing Yardimli settlement within Yardimli settlement administrative territory with city status and regarding Yardimli settlement administrative territory as Yardimli city administrative territory.
5. Execution of the decision within its competencies shall be charged on CEC Secretariat of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
6. The Decision shall be in force since the day of publication.
