DECISION
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on early dismiss of the following persons from the post of a member having decisive right of Constituency Election Commission

According to Articles 19.4, 19.14,  22.3.1, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:

The following persons shall be early dismissed from the post of a member having decisive right from the following Con.ECs: Ramal Sahib oghlu Salmanov – Shahbuz-Babek Con.EC # 5, Huru Mammad gizi Karimova – Narimanov second Con.EC # 20, Nizami Asgar oghlu Heybatov – Surakhani second Con.EC # 31, Reshade Rafig gizi Badalova – Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38 and Rafig Vagif oghlu Aliyev – Yevlakh-Mingachevir Con.EC # 49.
