on the appointment of the following persons as members having decisive right

According to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:

The following persons shall be appointed for the post of a member having decisive right of the following Con.ECs: Nazim Mammad oghlu Piriyev – Shahbuz-Babek Con.EC # 5, Nizami Asgar oghlu Heybatov – Narimanov second Con.EC # 20 and Gahraman Bahadir oghlu Jabrayilov – Salyan Con.EC # 59.
